“Serving Those That Serve”

Programs

Immediate Assistance. Educational Support. National Infrastructure.

Programs of US Blueline Association

US Blueline Association exists to strengthen the local foundations and organizations that support law enforcement, first responders, and their families. Our programs are designed to deliver immediate financial assistance, long-term educational support, and national infrastructure so help is available when and where it is needed most.

National Support Pipeline

US Blueline Association does more than collect membership dues. We build national sponsorship and grant support that strengthens the entire network and fills gaps when local resources are unavailable.

We maintain national infrastructure that local foundations would otherwise need to rebuild independently, allowing them to focus on rapid response.

How National Funding Is Used:

  • Offset setup costs for new local foundations
  • Support urgent financial assistance requests
  • Provide supplemental grants to member foundations
  • Maintain national digital and operating infrastructure

How Support Is Delivered

1. Local Foundation Routing

(Preferred) When a request is received, it is routed to the nearest qualified member foundation whenever possible. This allows assistance to be delivered locally, quickly, and with proper documentation, oversight, and accountability.

2. Direct National Support

When no local foundation exists, US Blueline Association may review and approve support through the national board process. Assistance may be issued directly, or the Association may help establish a local foundation.

Request Intake and Review

Requests may originate from Law enforcement agencies, 911 personnel, or Member foundations. Each request is reviewed individually based on mission alignment, eligibility, urgency, and available resources.

Rapid Response Financial Assistance

Rapid response is at the core of US Blueline Association’s mission. Our roots are in providing immediate financial assistance during times of crisis, before other forms of aid are available.

Many national programs provide long-term or delayed assistance. US Blueline Association is designed to help bridge the gap when help is needed now.

Examples of needs include:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Line-of-duty injuries or deaths
  • Sudden financial hardship tied to service
  • Funeral and immediate family support

  • Scholarships are needs-based and discretionary.
  • Eligibility requirements and award amounts vary by program and funding availability.
